Do you want to make a difference? Are you passionate about children and young adults who are on the Autism Spectrum? Being a CARE team member requires motivation, a willingness to learn and a desire to be a productive member of a highly professional team. We have a positive work culture that aligns with our values. Our core values guide our behavior in everything we do: Collaboration, Competence and Compassion.
All behavior technicians are provided with Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training at the onset of employment. CARE’s RBTs are also directly supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who provides ongoing coaching and support to the RBTs on their team. The Director of Training and Staff Development continually provides targeted training and support to ensure that all of our staff have the skills they need to successfully implement the goals on the treatment plans they are responsible for.
CARE provides ongoing training and support to all BCBAs and BCaBAs on our team. In addition to providing FREE CEUs, CARE prioritizes a culture of collaborative efficiency through our BCBA bootcamp. This program is designed for all new CARE BCBAs and BCaBAs to ensure that employee integration into our agency is seamless.
