Dr. Lanier is the Chief Operating Officer for CARE, LLC.


Dr. Lanier has been a practicing behavior analyst since 2011, a member of the CARE team since 2010, and holds a doctorate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Endicott College.  Dr. Lanier has presented original research focused on improving staff training models at both state and international conferences.  Her research interests include performance and systems management, organizational behavior management (OBM), and improving staff training and BACB internship models to ensure consumers of behavior analytic programming receive the highest quality product.

Dr. Lanier was a contributing author on the publication “Applied Behavior Analysis: Current Myths in Public Education” (Fielding, et. al., 2010).  She also brings 8 years of prior experience in the public school system including secondary emotionally disturbed (ED), vocational, life skills, elementary autism and severe behavior classrooms.  Her experience in public school prompted passionate advocacy for integrating the principles of behavior analysis in the public education setting as a way to improve student performance outcomes and the overall system’s ability to foster student success.
